When installing a Go, you might need to start by a reset if the device doesn't display one of these two screens:

How to perform a reset?

1/3 - Start by pressing and holding down the center of your Go screen for about 25 seconds, until the following screen appears:

2/3 - Then press the screen five times, and the following sequence of screens should appear:

3/3 - After a few seconds, your Go should display the following screen and be ready for setup:
